Do I have to adjust to my new Haven?

Haven mattresses are designed with chiropractic support to ensure long-term skeletal health. Your body may need time to get used to this new firm support below and contouring softness on top. It is normal for some first-time Haven sleepers to report initial discomfort during the first few weeks as their body adjusts. These same folks have become some of our most raving fans from reading the 5 star reviews. The benefits of proper spine alignment may require 4-6 weeks to take effect. For this reason, we do not accept returns during the first 30 days. During this period discomfort is less about the product and more about the sleeper’s natural adjustment. Like many things that are good for you (exercise, clean diet etc.), it takes a little short-term pain before you experience the long-term benefits, but its worth the effort!
