When will I receive my Haven mattress?

Your Haven mattress will be made fresh to order. We strive to have your Haven shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. You will receive a Fedex tracking code allowing you to go online and check on your delivery. Delivery partners generally will not deliver a Haven over weekends. Depending on where you live in Canada, your Haven will take 1-5 business days to ship. Due to the hand-made nature of our mattresses we do occasionally experience backlogs and delays, when these happen we work hard to update the header on the website to make this clear to shoppers, if you don't see a note on the website you can generally expect your Haven to arrive in 1-2 weeks
