Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Due to the high value of Haven sleep products, we insure each product, and require a signature at your shipping address.
However, since COVID-19, protocols with our shipping partners have changed, delivery partners may decide to drop off packages without handing it to a resident, or requiring a signature. Please monitor your tracking info to know when its expected to arrive.
